With over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology and Communications industry, John Ramsey is a seasoned expert in infrastructure and integration with business processes. Having studied at Ulster University, his journey has been defined by a passion for leveraging modern technology as a catalyst for social integration and mobility, advocating strongly for digital equality.

John's expertise extends across the spectrum of technological solutions and networks, ranging from small business setups to multi-million-pound projects. This breadth of experience affords him a deep understanding of end-user needs, enabling him to craft tailored solutions that align seamlessly with organizational objectives.

Dominic Griffith

Dominic has a wealth of experience in the field, with over 30 years of expertise under his belt. He began his career as a software engineer, focusing on creating solutions to effectively manage financial, stock, and production information. As time went on, Dominic expanded his skill set to include network support, building and securing networks, including wireless networks. In recent years, he has dedicated his efforts to building distributed wireless networks over wide area networks (WANs). Additionally, Dominic has also developed web services to automate building repairs by establishing seamless automation between various systems. Moreover, he has worked extensively with IoT solutions, enabling him to proficiently monitor and manage devices on a large scale. Dominic's diverse range of experiences and expertise make him a highly valuable asset in the industry.

Tom McConville

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, I specialise in providing cloud-based phone systems and virtual call centres to streamline communications for call centres of all sizes.

He successfully integrated a system that connected supplier invoices with a billing platform, facilitating the process of customer charging. This integration also included the accounting system, which in turn was connected to the business bank accounts. With this seamless connection, the system was able to automatically reconcile all customer accounts monthly. Moreover, it would promptly notify the relevant parties in case of non-payment. This implementation greatly streamlined the invoicing and payment processes, ensuring better financial management for the business.
